Alicia Romig

Alicia Romig, MHRM, sHRBP, currently serves as the Head of People Operations and Business Partnerships at ParetoHealth since August 2024, focusing on the mission of collective greatness. Prior to this role, Alicia was the Global Human Resources Director for Medical Strategy & Communications at Lumanity from March 2022 to July 2024, applying strategic thinking to facilitate access to medical advances. Experience includes positions as Global Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Director at Cello Health from November 2019 to March 2022, a Human Resources Business Partner at International SOS from July 2015 to November 2019, and roles at Chubb that included Employee Relations Manager and Senior Talent Analyst. Earlier career experiences involve recruitment and human resources support roles. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Leadership from the University of Delaware and a Master's in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.
