Ari Metsähalme

Ari Metsähalme is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer and Partner at Pareto Software Oy since September 2023, Ari previously held multiple positions at Vincit from February 2010 to September 2023, culminating in the role of Director of Tech & Dev, where support was provided to a team of around 30 experts and collaboration fostered within the local work community. Earlier, Ari's tenure included roles as Tech Director and Senior Software Developer, focusing on technology selection, system architecture, and project leadership for diverse clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Sasken Finland Oy, where technical leadership in developing a camera driver for Symbian S60 devices was demonstrated, as well as earlier software engineering work for embedded systems.
