John S. Rodriguez

John S. Rodriguez is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Fractional CFO at NextClerk and holding multiple positions as an Investor, Partner, and Advisor at several companies, including Woo Bar & Kitchen and Quanta, Rodriguez is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Valiant Consulting Group, which specializes in accounting and finance services for a diverse range of clients. Previously, Rodriguez served as Corporate Controller at Denodo, a rapidly growing data virtualization software company, and as Controller at Pave, where significant financial strategies and processes were established.
