Nathalie Hölzle

Nathalie Hölzle has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Nathalie began their career as a Trainee Human Resources Management and Duale Studentin at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding in 2011. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at moovel Group as the Head of People & Organization and People Manager. Nathalie then moved to Mercedes-Benz.io as the Head of People & Culture in 2019. Currently, they are the VP People at paretos, a position they have held since 2022.

Nathalie Hölzle obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in BWL-Dienstleistungsmanagement from DHBW Stuttgart between 2011 and 2014. In 2012, they also obtained the Ausbildung der Ausbilder - AdA certification from IHK Stuttgart. Nathalie then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) / MBA in International Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin, SIBE between 2014 and 2016. Nathalie also holds the E-Fellows Stipendium certification.
