Matilde Corbacho

Matilde Corbacho, LL.M, CIC.C, is a legal and commercial manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Since February 2014, Matilde Corbacho has held senior positions at PAREX RESOURCES, overseeing legal and commercial matters. Prior to this role, Matilde Corbacho provided legal consultancy services to junior oil and gas companies in Latin America for a short duration in 2013. Earlier experience includes an articling position at Talisman Energy Inc., where Matilde Corbacho engaged with various legal practices and served as a commercial advisor, managing significant business development initiatives and legal negotiations for operations in Peru and Colombia. Matilde Corbacho holds a CIC.C in Business Leadership for In-House Counsel from the University of Toronto, a Certificate of Qualification (LLB Canada), an LL.M in Corporate Law from New York University, and an LLB from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
