Amy Kissam-Sands has a strong background in clinical operations and management. Amy began their career at Quintiles in 2005, where they served in various roles including Sr. Clinical Scientist, Sr. Director of Clinical Operational Quality Management, and Sr. Director of Integrated Process and Technology. In these positions, they focused on optimizing clinical processes, developing quality controls, and implementing clinical strategies. In 2012, they joined INC Research as the Executive Director of Clinical Innovation and Global Operations Management. Most recently, Amy is working at Parexel, where they have held roles such as Vice President, Sr. Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Operations. Amy'sexpertise lies in global clinical operations and they have made significant contributions to enhancing efficiency, quality, and patient safety in clinical trials.
Amy Kissam-Sands obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from San Diego State University between 1993 and 1998.
