Arindam Chakravarty

Arindam Chakravarty is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and service management. Currently serving as the Head of Global IT Service Management at Parexel, Arindam provides alignment between IT services and organizational goals while optimizing service delivery processes. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global IT Supplier Governance and Relationship Management at Parexel, as well as managerial positions at Genpact, Stryker, and HCL Technologies, where Arindam developed governance frameworks and risk management strategies for IT vendors. Arindam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and an MBA in Information Systems from Sikkim Manipal University.
