Bettina Gadea Lara

Bettina Gadea Lara is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for the Americas Scheduling Team at Parexel, responsible for supervising a team and coordinating schedules across the US, Canada, and Latin America. In addition to this role, Bettina has held positions at IBM as an HR Delivery Team Lead and Recruitment Coordinator Specialist. As a translator and founder of B-Translations, Bettina specializes in translating certified, technical, and scientific documents. With a diverse history that includes translating for the United Nations Volunteers and the Hospital Universitario Vall d'Hebron, Bettina also contributed as a Spanish Translator for the Humanitas360 Institute and worked as a Translator/Interpreter for ALCEM.
