Diane Correia is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, including clinical, corporate, and technology roles. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Parexel since October 2020, Diane is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for clinical recruitment across EMEA. Previous roles include working as a Senior Recruiter at Liberty Global, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BP, and leading recruitment activities for consulting roles at Korn Ferry. Diane has also held positions at Shire, International SOS, Evidera, hVIVO, BDO UK LLP, and PwC, showcasing a strong track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and teams. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College.
