Doreen Dawson

Doreen Dawson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Parexel since 1997. Prior to this role, Doreen held positions as Director of Human Resources at Choate Health Management, Inc. and Human Resources Generalist at Lahey Clinic. Doreen's career began as an Employment Specialist at Choate Symmes Health Services and progressed to Employment/Employee Relations Manager at CVPH Regional Medical Center. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Lowell, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Canton High School, Canton, MA.
