Jemma Capuozzo

Jemma Capuozzo is an experienced clinical research professional currently serving as a Senior Initiation CRA at Parexel since March 2016. In this role, Jemma manages clinical sites during the start-up phase, ensuring readiness for Site Initiation Visits (SIV) and overseeing initial Ethics Committee submissions and amendments, while also mentoring junior team members. Prior to this position, Jemma worked as a Clinical Monitoring Associate II at Quotient Clinical from 2012 to March 2016 and held the title of Senior Clinical Research Scientist. Jemma holds a degree in Forensic Biology, Forensic Science, and Technology from Nottingham Trent University, attained between 2008 and 2011, and completed the International Baccalaureate at Richmond upon Thames College from 2006 to 2008.
