John Vincent

John Vincent is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global operations and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Global IT Operations at Parexel since March 2024, John previously held multiple leadership roles at WeWork, including Director of Service Desk for APAC & EMEA and Director of Technology Services for APAC, from May 2018 to March 2024. Prior to that, John was a Service Delivery Leader for APAC at Odgers Berndtson and a System Administrator for IIS at bp. John's career in IT began as an IT Analyst at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and as a Technical Support Executive at Dell Technologies. John's academic background includes a Master's degree in Computer Application from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the University of Madras.
