Karsten Sternickel

Karsten Sternickel is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and research industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Project Management at Parexel GmbH Berlin since July 2019, Karsten has previously held the position of Director of Project Management in Observational Research and Project Director for PACE at PAREXEL since November 2012. With a strong background in leading large and complex Late Phase projects, Karsten excels in proposal development, project planning, resource procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience includes roles at PRA International as Project Director for Late Phase Services and Sr. Project Manager, as well as a Project Leader at Cardiomag Imaging, Inc. Karsten holds a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Bonn, earned between 1991 and 2001.
