Kat Lee

Kat Lee is a Senior Manager in Clinical Operations at PAREXEL, with a tenure beginning in April 2010. In this role, Kat has successfully built and developed a robust clinical operations team across the APAC region, overseeing performance management and training initiatives to ensure compliance with global policies. Prior experience includes roles at INC Research, MDS Pharma Services, and Apex International Clinical Research, where Kat managed clinical trials, coordinated international multi-center activities, and fostered client relationships. Educational attainment includes a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) from the University of Sydney, completed between 2000 and 2002.
