Kathleen D'Arcangelo, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Leader at Parexel since 2019, Kathleen previously held roles as a Human Resources Consultant and as a Director at UnitedHealth Group, where strategic HR practices were implemented for a Fortune 5 healthcare organization. Kathleen's earlier leadership positions included Vice-President of Human Resources at Guardian Life Insurance Company and The Hartford, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Additionally, Kathleen has experience as an adjunct professor in business, complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in English Communications/Spanish from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
