Mark Lynch has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Mark began their career with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in 1991, where they served as the Director of Investigations and Preapproval Compliance Branch. In this role, they were responsible for policy and operations related to the Preapproval Program. Additionally, they directed the Foreign Inspection Team and conducted investigations into complex compliance issues, some of which involved criminal activities. Lynch then joined PAREXEL in 1999, where they have held various Vice President positions. Mark'sresponsibilities at PAREXEL include assisting pharmaceutical and medical device companies with regulatory strategies to avoid or mitigate FDA regulatory actions, as well as solving other related problems.
Mark Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Penn State University between 1968 and 1972.
