Stefan Beimel

Stefan Beimel has extensive work experience in the biostatistics and pharmaceutical industry. Stefan began their career at biodat - Gesellschaft für Biometrie und Statistik mbH as a SAS programmer from 1995 to 1998. Stefan then worked as a Senior SAS Programmer at ASTA Medica/ VIATRIS from 1998 to 2003. Stefan then joined Merz Pharmaceuticals GmbH, where they held the role of Head Clinical Data Management from 2003 to 2012 and later became the Head Corporate Biometrics from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Stefan holds the position of Senior Principal Biostatistician at Parexel since 2018, where they previously served as the Principal Biostatistician from 2018 to 2021.

Stefan Beimel obtained a Master's Degree in Medical Biometry/ Biostatistics from Heidelberg University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Diplom-Mathematiker (FH) degree from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) between 1991 and 1996.
