Teri Karcher

Teri Karcher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in drug development and client services within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. As of January 2012, Teri serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Launch Excellence and Chief Drug Development Officer at Parexel, having previously held various senior leadership roles at the company. Teri's career also includes leadership positions at INC Research, Kendle International, Charles River Laboratories, PharmaResearch Corporation, Duke University School of Medicine, and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Teri holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Health Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami, an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business, and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University, along with additional credentials in gemology and wine education.
