Yanna Yao

Yanna Yao, CPA, holds extensive experience in tax management and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Tax Director at Parexel since January 2017, where previous roles included Director of Tax Reporting and US Tax Compliance, as well as Senior Manager of Tax Accounting. Prior to joining Parexel, Yanna worked as a Tax Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from August 2015 to December 2016, and held the position of Senior Tax Manager at MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico from December 2010 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tax Manager at KPMG US and as a Tax Senior at MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico. Yanna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine and a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Toledo, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
