Yi-Ting Tsai has extensive experience in the field of biostatistics. They started their career as a Research Intern at the Agricultural Research Institute in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Research Intern at the National Taiwan University in Professor Charng Tuh-Chyang's Laboratory, where they gained experience in gene transformation and DNA extraction. In 2010, they held multiple positions as a Summer Intern at Georgetown University Department of Biostatistics Lab of Text Intelligence in Biomedicine Ge, an Intern at the National Institutes of Health of National Cancer Institute, and a Clinical Research Assistant Intern at Georgetown University Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. Their responsibilities included database creation, data entry, and statistical analysis. In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Uniformed Services University.

In 2012, Yi-Ting Tsai joined PPD as an Associate Biostatistician, where they conducted statistical analysis and served as a Biostatistics Leader for multiple projects. They later became a Biostatistician II, overseeing the statistical aspects of clinical trials and coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies.

In 2014, Yi-Ting Tsai joined Parexel as a Senior Biostatistician, where they led project teams, interacted with clients, and performed quality control of derived datasets and statistical outputs. They continued their career at Parexel until 2016, when they joined IQVIA as a Senior Biostatistician. In this role, they developed statistical methods for protocols, prepared analysis plans, and communicated with clients regarding statistical analysis issues.

Most recently, Yi-Ting Tsai has held the position of Principal Biostatistician at Parexel since 2018, where they continue to contribute their expertise in statistical analysis. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Senior Principal Biostatistician.

Yi-Ting Tsai completed a Master's degree in Biostatistics in Epidemiology at Georgetown University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Science of Agriculture from National Taiwan University, where they also completed the Biological Statistics Program in Statistics from 2008 to 2009.
