Alan Oliveira dos Santos

Alan Oliveira dos Santos has worked in multiple roles and companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2015, Alan worked as a Young Apprentice at Diagnostika - Unidade de Patologia e Citologia Ltda., where they assisted with the organization of biological materials and performed tasks requested by internal and external clients. Alan also worked as an Assistente Administrativo, where they created and managed logistics spreadsheets, assembled surgical collection kits, and utilized an ERP system for material consumption analysis.

In 2017, Alan joined Tech Mahindra as a Young Apprentice, where they gained experience in technology-related tasks. Alan later transitioned to the role of Estagiário de Tecnologia, where they further developed their skills in data analysis. Finally, they took on the position of Analista de Dados, where they continued to specialize in data analysis until January 2020.

Most recently, Alan has joined Parfin in 2022 as part of the People and Culture team.

Alan Oliveira dos Santos completed a Licentiate degree in Information Technology at Descomplica from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Digital Communication at ISCIA - Instituto Superior de Ciências da Informação e da Administração from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Alan obtained a certification in "Produtividade Inteligente" from Escola Conquer in January 2023.
