Henrique Caixeiro

Henrique Caixeiro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Henrique began their career in 2010 at Telcomanager Technologies, where they served as a Support Developer, Programmer, and Sales Consultant. In this role, they focused on the development and sales of traffic analysis tools and managed the computer network infrastructure.

In 2013, Henrique joined Eco Sistemas as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating system development projects. Henrique also implemented a new improvement project in the State Regulation System.

In 2014, Henrique moved on to BTG Pactual, where they worked as a Market Data Reference. Their responsibilities included planning, executing, and coordinating Back Office systems for optimal acquisition of market data. Henrique also played a role in implementing the EDM department at the Chilean and Colombian offices and optimizing processes using Excel VBA.

From 2016 to 2017, Henrique returned to Telcomanager Technologies as a Product Manager. Their responsibilities in this role included managing products, supporting sales and finance teams in new business opportunities, and defining prices for specific packages and personalized demands.

In 2017, Henrique co-founded VAI LÁ E FAZ OPERAÇÕES LTDA., but left the company in 2019 to join B2W Digital as a Financial and Technological Projects Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw financial and technological projects until August 2021.

Most recently, Henrique joined Parfin as a Product Manager in October 2021. With a diverse skill set and experience in various roles within the technology and finance sectors, Henrique brings a range of expertise to their current position.

Henrique Caixeiro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which they pursued from 2004 to 2008. Henrique then proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Operational Research and Artificial Intelligence at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completing it from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Henrique also earned some additional certifications. In March 2023, they obtained a certification in "Product-Technology Roadmapping" from the University of Cambridge Online. Prior to that, in April 2012, they obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio.
