Luiz Vianna

Luiz Vianna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Luiz is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Parfin, a role they began in January 2023. Additionally, they are an Angel Investor & Board Observer at SuperOpa and an Angel Investor at Bits Academy, both of which they started in 2023. Luiz Vianna is a member and investor at HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil since June 2022 and a Board Member at Mission Brasil since August 2022.

Previously, Luiz Vianna held the position of CEO at Rítua from March 2022 to October 2022. Their earlier experience includes working as a Private Equity & Latam Investment Manager at BTG Pactual from June 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they served as an Operations Superintendent and later as an Executive Operations Manager at Banco PAN from June 2011 to June 2017. Luiz was an Associate Director at BTG Pactual from January 2008 to June 2011 and a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers from January 2006 to January 2008.

Luiz Vianna completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ibmec from 2000 to 2004, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Private Equity and Venture Capital certification from Università Bocconi in November 2022. Luiz also obtained the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Berlitz Corporation in September 2018 and the Lider do Futuro certification from Crescimentum in January 2015.
