Patricia Cochoni

Patricia Cochoni has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Patricia is currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Parfin since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they held multiple roles. From May 2018 to January 2022, they were involved in prime brokerage, and from February 2017 to May 2018, they served as an Equity Compliance Officer. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Patricia worked as an Assistant Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from December 2015 to February 2017. Patricia also gained experience as a Contract Lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton from September 2015 to November 2015 and as a Contract Position at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from June 2015 to August 2015. Patricia's earlier career includes working as a Lawyer at Itaú Unibanco from April 2010 to March 2012. Patricia began their professional journey as an Intern at Merrill Lynch, where they focused on legal and compliance tasks, including financial transactions, agreements, and compliance procedures from May 2008 to October 2009. Patricia also gained experience as an Intern at Comissão de Valores Mobiliários from May 2007 to April 2008 and as an Intern at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados from April 2006 to April 2007.
