Katrin Krüger

Katrin Krüger has extensive work experience in HR and personnel management. Katrin currently holds the position of Vice President HR D-A-CH at Douglas since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Personalleiterin at Moers Frischeprodukte GmbH & Co. KG from September 2018 to September 2023. From September 2015 to August 2018, they served as Leiterin Personalmanagement Geschäftsführung at Bethanien Kinderdörfer gGmbH. Before that, they worked as Projektleiterin HR-Controlling / Change Management at DGFP - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. from July 2012 to August 2015.
