Nicole Schmidt

Nicole Schmidt has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Senior Area Manager at Douglas since January 2019, overseeing the operations of 20 stores and managing four Area Managers, each responsible for 20 stores. Previously, Nicole held the position of Area Manager Süd at Douglas, managing 20 stores with approximately 250 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Area Manager at Bonita GmbH from October 2016 to December 2018, overseeing 50 stores with around 150 employees, and as Store Manager at Ludwig Görtz GmbH from February 2015 to September 2016, managing a flagship store with 30 employees over a 2200 m² area. Nicole Schmidt holds a degree from Hochschule Rheinmain Wiesbaden, completed between 2010 and 2013.
