Todd Goodrich

Todd Goodrich is the Vice President of Business Development of PARIC and reports to the President. He is responsible for the development of all markets and serves as a market leader focused on Senior Living.

Todd earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He has had an impressive career path beginning as a Project Engineer in 1997 and advancing to Vice President in 2007. He has been recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of the top “30 Under 30” professionals in St. Louis.
