Ivo Viira

Ivo Viira has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to product management, operations, and quality assurance. Ivo currently serves as the Product Director at PARiM Workforce Software since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pipedrive, where they held several positions, including Head of Product Operations (July 2022 - December 2022), Group Product Manager (October 2020 - August 2022), Product Operations Manager (February 2020 - October 2020), Head of Product Intelligence (March 2019 - February 2020), Lead Product Manager (March 2018 - March 2019), and Product Manager (February 2017 - March 2018). Before joining Pipedrive, Ivo worked at HERE as a Product Manager (March 2016 - August 2016), Product Owner (July 2014 - March 2016), and QA Lead (November 2012 - June 2014). Ivo also worked at Nokia as a QA Lead (May 2011 - November 2012) and at Ixonos as a Test Engineer (2006 - 2011).

Ivo Viira attended The Estonian Information Technology College from 2004 to 2006, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing.
