Alyssa Martin has a diverse work experience in the marketing and design industry. Alyssa started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in 2008 and later worked as a Graphic and Web Designer/Marketing Assistant at Hershey's Ice Cream. Alyssa then expanded their skills as a Graphic Designer at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods and Senior Designer at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
In 2015, Alyssa transitioned to the role of Creative Strategist at Synapse Marketing Solutions before joining Auntie Anne's LLC as a Senior Graphic Designer. At Auntie Anne's, they played a vital role in directing and developing various marketing initiatives, including website, email, social media, and search marketing. Alyssa also collaborated on the production of national and test campaigns, oversaw video production, and implemented a new project management system.
Alyssa's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish Alyssa Martin Designs in 2018, where they worked as a Designer/Owner until 2022. During this time, they honed their design skills while managing their own business. Alyssa then joined Duck Donuts as a Creative Director, where they closely worked with the Director of Marketing to deliver creative executions and develop innovative marketing plans.
Most recently, Alyssa has taken on the role of Director of Marketing, Strategy & Creative at Paris Baguette America. Alyssa is responsible for overseeing the marketing, strategy, and creative aspects of the company.
Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated their ability to create impactful and relevant creative executions, implement effective marketing strategies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Alyssa Martin attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Art degree with a concentration in Graphic Design.
