Kyle Adamonis

Kyle Adamonis, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and executive leadership roles. Kyle currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Pariseault Builders Inc. Prior to this, Kyle served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at the State of Rhode Island from 2017 to 2022. Kyle was also the Vice President of People & Culture at Liberty Construction Services from 2015 to 2017, where they led various HR projects and initiatives. Additionally, Kyle held multiple positions at Taco Inc., including Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Legal and Vice President of Human Resources & Legal, during their tenure from 1999 to 2015. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic decision-making, legal compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR management.

Kyle Adamonis, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Roger Williams University. Kyle also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Johnson & Wales University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Coaching Inside the Organization from Babson College and a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
