William O'Connor has extensive work experience in facilities management and building operations. William founded Parish Property Management, Inc. in 2004 and developed a client base with over 200 buildings and 10,000,000 square feet of space. William also created an electronic database for clients to manage real estate, inventory, project management, operations & maintenance, and employees. Prior to this, they worked for the Archdiocese of New York, where they served as the Director of Building Commission, managing all building operations for over 2,000 residences, schools, churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and universities. William supervised a staff of thirty professionals, oversaw the procurement of construction contracts, and was responsible for over $50,000,000 in annual contracts. William also held positions as the Division Manager of the New Construction Division and as a Project Consultant.
William O'Connor holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
