Prior to founding Paritas Recruitment, Paul Sefton held leadership roles at Real Staffing Group and JP Gray, where responsibilities included managing recruitment teams focusing on corporate governance, financial services, and IT audit. Paul Sefton holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
