Matthew Bayfield is the current Chief Executive Officer at Parity Group. Prior to this, they were with Recii, Field London Ltd, and TURN2. Matthew has also served as the Managing Partner and Head of Data Practice in EMEA for OgilvyOne.

Matthew has extensive experience in turnaround strategies, building executive teams, and transitioning businesses to new models. Matthew has almost doubled market cap for Parity Group and returned shareholder value through higher margins. Matthew has also created value with an increase of share price for the first time in 3 years.
