Nathan Pierce

Nathan Pierce is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both executive leadership and strategic advisory roles. As the Founder and CEO of Park Avenue Finance, LLC, Nathan leads financial engineering solutions, specialized arbitrage strategies, and private capital intermediation. In addition, Nathan serves as Board Chairman and President of Manila Holdings, Inc. and Raise, Inc., overseeing their respective real estate development and global business operations. Previously, Nathan held significant positions at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included co-heading the Financial Institutions Solutions Team, and at other esteemed firms such as Secure Capital Network, FBR Capital Markets, Weil Gotshal and Manges, Lehman Brothers, Standard & Poor's, and Boies, Schiller & Flexner. Nathan's education includes a JD/MBA in Law and Finance from New York University and a BA in Honors Communication from the University of Utah.
