Meg Arneson McGrane possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held significant roles at various organizations. Currently serving as Past Board President at Safe Harbor since October 2018, Meg has also been with Park Bank-Madison since October 2012 in a talent acquisition capacity, focusing on recruitment, employee incentives, and employee relations. Prior positions include Talent Management Consultant at Career Momentum, Inc., Sales Associate at Century House, and Human Resources Manager at both The Duluth Trading Company and Milio’ Sandwiches. Meg Arneson McGrane's educational background includes a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel focused on Career Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in History, both from the University of South Carolina.
