Fern MacMahon is an experienced technical management professional with a strong background in food science. Since February 2016, Fern has served as Site Technical Manager at Park Cake Bakeries, focusing on gluten-free products and high-care manufacturing. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Manager at Cutting Edge Services Ltd, overseeing distribution and servicing in the meat industry, and Technical Manager at Dawn Meats for a bovine abattoir. Fern began the career as a Technical Assistant at Cranswick Country Foods PLC in a retail packing plant. Fern holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Food & Nutrition from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2009.
