Jon Sweeting

Jon Sweeting is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management within the food industry. Currently serving as Group Manufacturing Director at Park Cake Bakeries since January 2020, Jon has also held the positions of Site Director and Operations Director during tenure. Prior to this role, Jon worked at pladis Global as Factory General Manager - Cake from November 2015 to January 2020, and at United Biscuits for over a decade in various managerial roles including Manufacturing and Engineering Manager. Jon's career began as a Continuous Improvement Technician at Associated British Foods plc and included a role as Engineering Technician at Birds Eye Foods. Jon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing and Manufacturing from The Open University.
