Louise Spickernell

Louise Spickernell is an accomplished professional in the field of food product development, currently serving as the Head of NPD at Park Cake Bakeries since June 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held various positions at Greencore from February 2016 to June 2023, including Food Lead for Food to Go and Head of Food. Louise's experience also includes leadership roles at Asda, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Food and NPD Controller, as well as Product Manager. Earlier in a career at Tulip, Louise excelled as NPD Manager. Louise earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food & Nutrition from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2000 and 2004.
