Mikayla Moore is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the field of employment support and mental health services. Currently serving as the Lead IPS Trainer at Park Center since December 2022, Mikayla promotes recovery through employment by providing training and technical assistance to agencies implementing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, alongside conducting yearly fidelity reviews.
