Yolanda Jiggetts has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including as Chief Executive Officer at Park Heights Renaissance and Askia Consulting Group. Yolanda also served as Director of Operations at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Community Works, and held positions at organizations such as Housing & Community Development and the Baltimore City Mayor's Office. Yolanda holds a Master's of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and an Associate's of Art in Paralegal Studies from BCCC.

Park Heights Renaissance
Mission: Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is the catalyst for change and community engagement that facilitates the implementation of the Baltimore City Park Heights Master Plan to revitalize the community through land, economic and human development. Incorporated in 2007, Park Heights Renaissance (PHR) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization representing residents, businesses, religious institutions, schools, agencies and other stakeholders committed to shaping a better future for Park Heights. The Park Heights community is the home of Sinai Hospital, the community’s largest employer and one of the State of Maryland’s most well-known landmarks and Pimlico Racetrack — famous for the internationally known “Preakness” on the northern perimeter and just outside of the historic district of Park Circle lies Druid Hill Park, Baltimore’s first and largest municipal park and home to the Maryland Zoo (the third oldest zoo in the Country) on the southern perimeter. Birthed from the Pimlico Community Development Authority (PCDA), PHR is the “on the ground” organization responsible for ensuring that objectives within Baltimore City’s Park Heights Master Plan are implemented.
