Jaime Koller (Hsia) serves as the Group Sales Manager at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Club & Spa since April 2022, managing territories in Southern California and handling HPN Global Account groups requiring 40 or more rooms on peak. Prior experience includes roles as National Sales Manager and Sales Manager at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, where responsibilities encompassed sales for the Pacific Northwest, Mountain States, and broader U.S. markets, as well as various managerial positions at The Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa and The Bahia Resort Hotel. Jaime's career began with roles in guest services and front desk management at Tower23 Hotel and Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Jaime holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University and has a study abroad experience in International Business Marketing from ESCE International Business School.
