D. Byrd Miller, III

D. Byrd Miller, III is currently the Director at Park National Bank. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Administrative Assistant at Park National Bank in Southwest Ohio from December 2004 to March 2012. D.'s responsibilities included assisting commercial lenders with the loan process from approval to closing, coordinating appraisals and environmentals, collecting delinquent payments, and funding construction loan draws. D. also acted as the office manager, handling teller and branch duties. When the company opened its first office outside of Ohio, Byrd was responsible for initial setup tasks like site selection, lease negotiation, overseeing space build out, and coordinating the office setup.

From November 2000 to December 2004, Byrd worked as a Commercial Administrative Assistant at The Bank of Kentucky. D.'s responsibilities were similar to their current role, including ordering appraisals and environmentals, coordinating with attorneys for title work, conducting loan closings, collecting delinquent payments, and funding construction loan draws.

Byrd began their career in 1993 as a Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant at U.S. Bank. D. worked there until 2000 when they transitioned to The Bank of Kentucky. In their current role as Director at Park National Bank, Byrd oversees all commercial lending operations.

D. Byrd Miller, III has a commercial lending diploma from the RMA and a high school diploma from Highlands High School. D. also has a bank operations diploma from the American Institute of Banking and a commercial lending diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
