Penny Dickerson

Penny Dickerson has extensive experience in the mental health field, serving as a Forensic Mental Health Specialist at Park Place Behavioral Health Care since October 2003, where responsibilities include providing services to individuals with mental illness under Chapter 916 of Florida Statutes. Previously, Penny held the position of Director of Residential Services, overseeing off-campus programs and ensuring a high occupancy rate, as well as providing supervision and training to staff. As Director of Case Management Services, leadership was provided for the case management team, encompassing recruitment, training, and adherence to Medicaid compliance. Penny earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2008.
