Jared Forgues

Jared Forgues is a seasoned technical support professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Park Place Technologies since September 2017, Jared specializes in providing data center hardware maintenance and support for servers, storage, and network equipment. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Systems Support Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from February 2001 to August 2017 and as a Salisbury Link Representative at Salisbury Associates from June 1996 to February 2001. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Brandeis University, completed in 1996.
