Keith Dube

Keith Dube has extensive work experience in the field of technical sales, professional services, and solutions architecture. Keith currently holds the position of Director, Solutions Architect Product at Park Place Technologies since February 2022. In this role, they lead a global team of senior technical sales and professional services consultants, ensuring best practices and delivering hands-on, agile work style to prospects, customers, and internal teams.

Prior to this, Keith worked as the Global Manager, Solutions Architect, Product at Park Place Technologies from February 2020 to February 2022. Here, they led a team of technical sales and professional services consultants, upholding best practices and delivering a can-do work style in a high-pressure environment.

Before joining Park Place Technologies, Keith worked at Entuity. Keith held the position of Technical Services Manager from March 2018 to October 2019, where they managed technical services and oversaw implementation projects for customers.

Keith also served as the Professional Services Team Lead from January 2017 to February 2018 at Entuity, where they provided high-quality training to customers and conducted implementation projects.

Prior to that, Keith worked as a Professional Services Engineer at Entuity from June 2013 to December 2016, responsible for implementation projects and providing training to customers in the use of Entuity software.

Keith began their career at Entuity as a Technical Support Engineer in February 2011, where they conducted system health checks and worked on device management research and development projects.

Keith Dube holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) with Honours in Engineering - Computer Networks from the University of Essex. Keith also obtained a Master of International Business and Entrepreneurship (MSc.) in International Business/Trade/Commerce/Innovation/Entrepreneurship from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Keith obtained a certification in Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling from LinkedIn in 2022. Keith also holds a REGISTERED PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in September 2016. Additionally, Keith has a certification in Coaching from ILM.
