Kristie Phelps

Kristie Phelps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit collections and customer service. Currently serving as a Credit Collections Specialist at Park Place Technologies since September 2016, Kristie assists invoicing and sales teams with payment resolution issues and manages customer service related to collections and account adjustments. Prior to this role, Kristie worked as a Compliance Analyst at Asurint and held various positions at Bank of America, including Credit Analyst II and Customer Assistance Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with banking regulations and customer account management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Field Partner Associate/Lead Dispatcher at MC Sign Company and as a Legal Assistant at Elk & Elk Co., Ltd. Kristie holds a BA in Sociology/Criminal Justice from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1997.
