Matt Freer has experience in park maintenance and turf maintenance, having worked at Park Ridge Recreation And Park District and Naperville Park District in the past. Matt also has experience as a GIS Intern at Kenosha Water Utility. Matt also worked as a Seasonal Worker at Naperville Park District. Matt attended Carthage College from 2014 to 2017.
