Governing Board

The Governing Board at The Park School of Baltimore Inc is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school. Comprised primarily of Trustees, along with a Treasurer and a Secretary, the board provides fiduciary oversight, supports fundraising initiatives, and ensures adherence to the school's core values of diversity, inclusiveness, and equity.
