Michelle Bernabe

Michelle Bernabe, RN, KAT, is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical excellence and innovative health solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical & Network Excellence at First Tracks, Michelle is focused on reimagining access and payment models in behavioral health. As the founder of Moral Health, Michelle empowers individuals and organizations through storytelling and education while promoting empathetic work environments. Additionally, Michelle consults on healthcare operations with Six of Wands LLC, leveraging a strong nursing background to enhance brain health strategies. Previous roles include operational leadership at BK Minds, psychiatric emergency services at Mount Sinai West, and advocacy at The Clearity Foundation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Columbia University and a BA in Human Development from UC San Diego, where Michelle graduated magna cum laude.
