Managing Partner at Park Square Executive Search

He provides executive talent management counsel to CEO’s, boards, and investors on a global basis. He has worked with leading private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies, as well as growth oriented public companies. His vertical expertise spans the technology sector, from software and cloud, including AI and Big Data; to technology enabled services; to Internet infrastructure and communications; to industrial automation, autonomous vehicles, and IoT. From a functional perspective, Aaron’s search engagements focus on the CEO and C-suite, including commercial, technical and financial leadership.

Prior to Park Square, Aaron was with J. Robert Scott, a global executive search firm that had been a portfolio company in the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments. Aaron built and led the firm’s technology practice and worked with leading investor groups and management teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia to build world-class organizations.

Aaron also founded Compstudy (www.compstudy.com), a comprehensive annual survey and analysis of board and executive compensation for privately held Technology and Life Sciences companies.

In addition to his work with Park Square, Aaron is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, including serving on the Board of Directors of iTrek, a non-profit organization working with the leading graduate-level Business, Law, and Public Policy programs globally, bringing current and future leaders to Israel to get a first-hand look at innovation at its peak.

Aaron holds a B.A. in Anthropology as well as an M.B.A. from Boston University.
